6. Who may receive information
Information may be accessed by authorised personnel and service providers supporting hosting, email and website security, where needed for those services. Enquiry details are delivered through our hosting provider’s mail service to our support mailbox; Google receives the verification information described above. We do not keep a separate enquiry database for this form. We may disclose information when required or authorised by law. Browsing this website does not authorise disclosure of your details to a network of clubs. Any future introduction to a participating club will require a clear explanation of the proposed disclosure.
7. Overseas handling
Internet and email services can involve handling outside Australia. We have not yet confirmed all service-provider processing countries. Contact us before sending personal information if you need details of overseas handling. Google may process verification information in the United States and other countries where it operates. The countries used by our hosting and email infrastructure are still being confirmed; we will update this notice as those details become available. International club activities described on this website do not themselves indicate where personal information is stored.
8. Security and retention
The website uses HTTPS and access controls for protected functions. No online service can guarantee complete security. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and applicable legal requirements, then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
